Why Make Room?
God has been faithful to Calvary Crossroads, and we believe He is still doing more.
Our church is growing, families are being reached, kids and students are filling our spaces, and ministry is happening throughout the week. But some of our facility no longer serves those ministries as well as it could.
Make Room is about preparing our church home for the season ahead - creating spaces that are welcoming, functional, and ready for the people God continues to bring.
This isn’t simply about improving a building. It’s about making room for ministry. Making room for families. Making room for the next generation.

Every part of this campaign is designed to help us better serve families, invest in the next generation, strengthen ministry, and welcome our community.

Bathrooms
Creating a Better Welcome
Our bathrooms are some of the most-used spaces on our campus and are overdue for significant updates. Renovating them will create cleaner, more functional and welcoming spaces for our church family and guests.
Conference Room
Creating Space for Ministry
Our new conference room will give pastors, leaders, volunteers and ministry teams a dedicated space to meet, plan, disciple, counsel and serve people throughout the week.
Campus Signage
Helping People Find Their Way
Updated signage will make our campus easier to navigate, especially for first-time guests, while creating a more welcoming and unified look across our property.
Playground
Making Room for Families
A new playground will create a safe, inviting place where children can play and families can connect before and after services, during events and throughout the week.
Youth & Young Adult Space
Investing in the Next Generation
We want to continue creating environments where students and young adults can belong, build relationships and grow in their faith. These improvements will help us better serve the next generation as these ministries continue to grow.
Interior & Exterior Improvements
Caring for What God Has Given Us
Paint and other facility improvements will refresh aging areas of our campus and help create spaces that feel cared for, welcoming and ready for ministry.
A Clear Plan Forward
Make Room is a $200,000 vision that will move forward in three phases.
Breaking the projects into phases allows us to begin making improvements as funds become available while continuing to move toward the larger vision.
Each phase builds on the one before it, helping us address immediate needs while preparing our campus for the future.
Phase 1
Building the Foundation
Bathrooms • Conference Room • Signage
Our first phase focuses on several immediate facility needs that will improve both everyday ministry and the experience of everyone who walks onto our campus.
Goal: $60,000
Phase 2
Making Room for Families
Playground + Additional Campus Improvements
Phase Two expands our investment into spaces that directly serve families and improve the way our campus is experienced and used.
Goal: $75,000
Phase 3
Investing in What’s Next
Youth & Young Adults • Remaining Improvements • Final Project Work
Our final phase will continue investing in the next generation while completing the remaining pieces of the Make Room vision.
Goal: $65,000

Over the next year, we’re believing God for $200,000 to accomplish the Make Room vision.
This campaign is above and beyond our regular giving and will allow us to move forward with these projects without taking resources away from the ongoing ministry of Calvary Crossroads.
Every gift matters. Whether large or small, our prayer is that our entire church family will seek God together and simply respond to what He asks each of us to do.
How Can I Be Part of Make Room?
Make Room will take all of us. We’re asking everyone who calls Calvary Crossroads home to prayerfully consider how God may be asking them to participate.

Ask God what He wants to do through Make Room and how He may be inviting you and your family to be part of it.
COMMIT
Take a step of faith.
After praying, consider making a one-year commitment toward Make Room. A commitment helps us plan wisely and move confidently into each phase of the campaign.
GIVE
Help make the vision possible.
You can give toward Make Room at any time. Every gift goes toward helping us create spaces that better serve people, ministry and the generations to come.
PRAY
